The Problem:

Mission sought to increase dispensary revenue through its two-tier loyalty program (free “Dank Dollars” and paid “High Rollers Club”). While the free tier effectively engaged customers, the paid tier barely broke even before offering premium discounts and merchandise.

Our Solution:

Hybrid Marketing identified that Mission’s existing loyalty software lacked modern segmentation capabilities, sending identical messages to all customers regardless of purchase history, with segmentation limited to regional divisions. Additionally, the platform couldn’t attribute revenue to email, SMS, or push notification campaigns.

We migrated all customer loyalty data to AlpineIQ (AIQ) while preserving earned points and preventing member disruption. Working closely with Mission’s team, we updated their loyalty mobile apps with minimal user impact. The High Rollers Club was redesigned to eliminate substantial upfront costs, making it a profitable membership program.
